Ymunwch â Ni ar gyfer Diwrnod Rhyngwladol y Menywod

Thema eleni yw: Pan Rown, Rydym yn Ennill. Gyda'n gilydd, gadewch i ni helpu i greu cydraddoldeb rhyfedd trwy roi toreithiog a chysylltiad ystyrlon.

Ymunwch â ni am de prynhawn hyfryd a sgwrs ysbrydoledig gan ein hymddiriedolwr, Dr Helen Matthews, wrth iddi rannu ei thaith, ei mewnwelediadau a'i myfyrdodau ar arweinyddiaeth ac effaith.

Wedi'i geni a'i magu yng Nghymru, cymhwysodd Helen fel meddyg yng Nghaerdydd ac yn ddiweddarach arbenigodd fel seiciatrydd yn Llundain. Mae hi wedi cyfuno ymarfer clinigol, arweinyddiaeth a gwaith academaidd drwy gydol ei gyrfa, gan gynnwys gwasanaethu fel Is-lywydd Coleg Brenhinol y Seiciatryddion — gan hyrwyddo rôl menywod mewn arweinyddiaeth ac eiriol dros fwy o degwch o fewn gofal iechyd.

Yn arbenigwr mewn salwch meddwl cymhleth, awtistiaeth ac anableddau dysgu, mae hi'n angerddol am wasanaethau cymunedol, lles emosiynol, a sicrhau bod buddiolwyr yn parhau i fod wrth wraidd popeth y mae'n ei wneud.
